Have a dauchund and started with a small size but with his long body and big head it was too small. The medium I exchanged for is a perfect fit. So measurements don’t tell the whole story. The exchange process was easy and maxbone is great to work with. It does have one issue for me tho and that’s why I give the harness 4 stars instead of 5. The snap buckles are very hard to squeeze and push/pull for older or weaker Hands. Metal would work better as I have that type of buckle on his collar and it operates easily and smoothly.

I was worried this would be too big on my little Chihuahua, he’s 6Lbs. 9.8 inch neck and 13 inch chest.

After tightening and loosening the straps a couple of times, I got it to fit just right! He’s happy wagging his tail. Great fit and super well made! Thanks Maxbone!
