Excellent support I've needed
I'm always looking for lumbar pain relief tools to avoid medicating (long-term chronic pain/DDS) and this device was worth the try. Once I put it on any low back pain or discomfort I'm having is immediately relieved. Considering I sit at a desk most of the day this is a welcome improvement to my how I feel at the end of the day. It's super easy to place the straps on my knees (they stay at your desired set length when removed) then sit back and work away. It's definitely helping as long as I'm wearing it. I even think I've noticed my overall posture improving but honestly, just the relief I get from sitting with this on is worth it to me.

Back hammock really helps with back posture.
I am glad I bought this . I use it a lot and it helps me sit much straighter. It helps with slouching which helps prevent pain. I really think it would help with any back pain.
