Love this product!
This device performs exactly as described in the website description. I have a long, skinny neck prone to pain and stiffness. This warmer is adjustable enough to deliver pleasant warmth/heat from my shoulders right up to my ears. Ergonomic and very soothing.

Worthwhile Purchase
I have severe pain in most of my joints and am going through a 'diagnostic phase' with my doctors. Meanwhile, I have purchased several of these different specialized heating pads. Being battery powered, these wraps allow me to continue everyday activities . I would highly recommend any of these wraps to those are experiencing joint pain. My only suggestion to those who decide to purchase any of these wraps... I purchased extra batteries. The compartment which holds the battery is extremely tight. The battery doesn't slide in and out (for charging) easily. This can be remedied by cutting a small slit on both sides of the flap, being careful not to damage the wires inside the unit. If you don't purchase an extra battery, this isn't really necessary. All in all, I highly recommend this product as well as the others versions for different joints.

It works pretty well!
It is very lightweight and comfortable to use. I use it in the highest setting, so the battery doesn't last too long, but it is not a big deal to recharge it. I am satisfied with the heat wrap.

Seems to be working great!
This was purchased as a gift for my wife - whom was experiencing major neck pain (almost every day - would start around 2pm & get worse as the day/evening wore on). The very 1st day she used this - her pain was lessened & she didn't need a massage at night. Would highly recommend this as a supplement to any other care you're receiving (chiropractor, etc.)!!
