How To Use
For a classic eyeliner look, take your makeup brush and press it firmly into Eye Definer or the eye color of your choice. Tap off excess on the back of your hand. Once you have the desired amount of pigment on your brush, lift your chin up and look down at your mirror. Place the brush on the outer corner of your eye and draw a line toward the inner lash, pressing and wiggling the brush hairs as you go.
